You can access phpMyAdmin after creating ssh tunnel.

ex.) create ssh tunnel

$ ssh ec2-user@{ipaddress} -i {ssh-key-file.pem} -N -L 8080:localhost:80

http://localhost:8080/phpMyAdmin
